Housing WCH32 is developed especially for use in industrial companies under hot shop conditions. Supply set includes the pneumatic blend worked out in order to prevent the observation glass from pollution by creating an air barrier in front of the glass that doesn’t let dust and dirt accumulate. Any modification of WCH32 housing may be completed by additional defense pneumatic blend. The blend also promotes heat removal from the observation glass.
Made out of stainless steel 12X18H10T (AISI 321Ti).
Maximum environmental temperature: +200°C (toughened glass).
Class of protection from environmental effects: IP66.

Housing WCH32 is developed especially for use in industrial companies under hot shop conditions.
Supply set includes the pneumatic blend worked out in order to prevent the observation glass from pollution by creating an air barrier in front of the glass that doesn’t let dust and dirt accumulate. Any modification of WCH32 housing may be completed by additional defense pneumatic blend. The blend also promotes heat removal from the observation glass.

Operating Principal

A regulated flow of cold water enters through a lower connecting pipe. By flowing through the interior cavity, the water cools the housing and the equipment installed within it. The heated water goes out through an upper connecting pipe, which ensures guaranteed filling-up of the entire cavity.
Regulation of the flow of cooling liquid can be done in two ways:

  • manually, with the choke washer (the orifice section is calculated according to the reference table)
  • manually, using the relief valve

There is an emergency switch which turns off all the housing’s electrical equipment when it reaches a critical temperature. At the same time this is the housing’s emergency indicator.
