Warranty

WARRANTY for STANDARD, SPECIAL, SPECIAL PURPOSE types of housings and HOUSINGS WITH DEVICES FOR VIDEO SIGNAL TRANSMISSION AND PROCESSING

1. BASED ON THIS CONSUMER WARRANTY, WIZEBOX GUARANTEES ABSENCE OF DEFECTS IN MATERIAL AND WORKMANSHIP OF THE EQUIPMENT FOR THE ENTIRE SERVICE LIFE, STARTING FROM THE INITIAL PURCHASE DATE.

2. WARRANTY CONDITIONS

2.1 This warranty is only valid upon presentation of an original invoice together with the warranty slip that should be filled in legibly and correctly, and together with defective equipment.

WIZEBOX reserves the right to deny provision of free warranty services or to replace equipment if the above documents have not been produced or if information contained in it is incomplete or illegible.

2.2 This warranty does not entitle to indemnification against and cover of loss resulting from remake or adjustment of the equipment without prior written consent of WIZEBOX in order to bring it in conformity to national and local technical standards and safety regulations applicable in any country other than the country where this equipment was initially sold.

2.3 This warranty is invalid if the type or serial number is changed, erased, deleted or will be illegible on the equipment.

2.4 This warranty does not apply to the following:

2.4.1 periodic maintenance and repairs or replacement of parts in connection with their normal wear and tear;

2.4.2 any adaptations and modifications aimed at improving and expanding the ordinary equipment application area indicated in the Operation Manual without prior written consent WIZEBOX;

2.4.3 damage resulting from incorrect operations, including but not limited to the following:

2.4.4 use of the equipment other than according to its purpose or other than in accordance with the Operation and Service Manual and installation or operation of equipment that does not meet technical standards and safety rules applicable in the country of use

2.4.5 repairs performed other than by so authorized service centres or dealers

2.4.6 accidents, lightning stroke, flooding, fire, incorrect ventilation and other reasons beyond reasonable control of WIZEBOX

2.4.7. transportation

2.4.8 defects of the system where this equipment was used.

2.5 This warranty does not prejudice the consumer’s rights granted to it by applicable law of the country and consumer rights to the dealer, which arise out of the sales and purchase contract concluded among them.
